Nice rooms. Crappy parking. Not handicap acceptable. Also there isnt a desk tou check in at. You have to find the zoom camera which was not labeled and the lady who checked us in was kinda overly pushy and almost feels like she assumed we wouldn't listen and smoke in the room. Hun I was having surgery and had quit before so. ALSO PUSHY ABOUT PETS LIKE I WAS GOING TO PULL ONE OUT AND BRING IT IN THE ROOM WITH US. I REPEAT NOT PWT FRIENDLY! We didnt receive the room we reserved. I'll only return cause at least the room was nice.yeah.

Amazing value! Rooms are super clean with super comfortable beds and 60+ inch Samsung TV... Won't find a better room anywhere for the money. Only very small negative is that parking can be challenging if you drive a large truck...but that could be driver lol. Seriously impressed with the Best Inn. It checks all the boxes that are truly important when looking for a hotel. Will definitely stay again!

I booked this room on my way from Louisville to Denver and arrived somewhat late. The hotel upgraded me to a slightly nicer room, which was very new and comfortable (the hotel has an old wing and a new wing; my original room would have been in the old wing).

The staff called to confirm my stay and give instructions about check-in. Arrived somewhat late and check in took about five minutes. The clerk was very nice and professional. The room was exceptional; it was clean and very recently updated/renovated. Beds were notably comfortable and shower had handheld shower head attachment. Stayed overnight while traveling and this stop was one of the nicest motels I’ve ever stayed in. The only downside was that the room wasn’t very soundproof and could hear people talking in other rooms, however it was mild and I didn’t notice any noise after 10 pm. Very quiet area. Very strict no smoking/vaping policy.

The room was perfect. Staff courteous. Only complaint was the heater/ac in the room made a terrible racket when shutting down. Turned the unit off for the night to avoid the noise. Definitely would stay there again.

From the outside, the property is unassuming. The inside however looked as if it had been completely renovated. My room had all new appliances and furnishings. They had some coffee available at breakfast but I opted to go somewhere where I could get something a little more substantial. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again
