In the heart of a typical village in southern Charente, this 19th-century house boasts a beautiful, private, enclosed garden with mature trees, offering complete privacy. Located at the gateway to the Périgord region and near Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, listed among the most beautiful villages in France, there are numerous attractions nearby. The house is semi-detached at the front only; a restaurant and bakery are located in the village. In July and August, there is a local farmers' market on Friday mornings, with music and entertainment in the square opposite the cottage.
