On arrival, the lobby was scattered with large broken appliances (ie. icemaker, 2 washing machines). The hallways and staircase had dirty, stained carpet. The hotel smelled musty and like vinegar. Once in our bedroom we saw the mirror and TV were smeared with fingerprints. Bathroom faucet was broken. Bathroom fan was loud. Shower nozzle squealed. No microwave in the room. The only plus was the beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. Also, there was no continental breakfast, even though it was advertised. There was a cold carafe of coffee in the breakfast room, with a loaf of bread next to the toaster and a basket of 4 rotten apples. Sorry, but I won't stay here again.

This needs major updating, no hot water, mattress was on floor, towels are not big enough to wrap around your body, there was food on floor so this was not cleaned prior to our stay. The complimentary breakfast was toast yogurt, apple, orange, no juice, and half pound of butter in fridge that you could not even spread on your toast, very disappointing.

It’s a cheap basic room for the night while travelling through. Don’t expect any extras because there is none offered. Pick a room facing the back because the noise from the highway is constant. If you want better stay down the road for more $. Would stay there again if nothing else available . You get what you pay for.

Very run down. Pulled back sheets had found hair. T.v didn’t work. Asked for assistance twice. First time they said they would send someone. No once showed up. Second time went to counter and front desk just looked at smiled said sorry. Would never stay here again.

Very dirty hotel and room. Dirty walls, dirty floors, dirty mirror and sheets. Half the things in the room didn’t work including lights. Also the tub drain wouldn’t drain well and I was scared to look at why. Also the room and hotel was really loud. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We stay at multiple hotels with 3 kids in hockey and this hotel takes the cake as the WORST hotel to stay at. Hair in the bathroom floor / bug in bed / cleaner (man) opened our door to come clean at 9 am while I’m walking out of the shower. I tried calling the front desk about my complaints and he said non of this is their fault and I have no proof of anything and hung up on me 3 times

The hotel has an unpleasant odor as soon as you walk in. The bed and box spring are on the floor. Provided two half size towels ONLY and were denied anything extra when we requested a hand towel which were not very clean. I was hoping housekeeping would replace but they did not clean room for our two night stay. Did not try the toast and yogurt they offered at breakfast.

It is one of the cheapest properties in town. And there’s reasons why. It’s not well maintained. Furniture and drawers are broken. The TV didn’t work when I got in there I had to find the remote. It was underneath the desk where nobody cleaned in the last two years. The wires for the TV we’re all unplugged. It’s a good thing I’m handy and I fixed it myself. The breakfast in the morning consisted of some oranges some apples and toast and some yogurt. No coffee was available they were out and no one was around to fill it. When I first arrived in the lobby, it stunk so bad of the food that they were cooking in the back that it was almost unbearable. You could smell it throughout the whole building.

Property advertises cribs for babies and they do not have any which was very inconvenient. We also had booked a king room and were given 2 queens. The TV was broken in our room and we weren’t given any face cloths or bath mats. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Solo nightmare un-stay

When I arrived at 10:30 PM I was already a little intimidated travelling solo. I got into the motel and went to check in. The man in front of me was checked in quickly where I had to stand there and field personal questions from the guy checking us in. I had pre booked everything and should have taken seconds to be handed a key. It was frustrating. Then when I went up to my room I opened the door to the bedding tossed everywhere and someone else’s key on the dresser. I quickly returned to the front desk and had to wait for a second key. Then I walked down the hall, into my new room and realized the window was opened, the glass so thin that anyone could have pushed their way in and the sheets and towels while washed were still dirty. There were slashes of things on the bed skirt and between the filth and feeling extremely unsafe I walked out of there, left my key on the empty front desk and left. When I called to check out in the morning the receptionist let me know I had already been checked out on the computer. So this motel took my money for 2 nights and I couldn’t sleep there for even one of the nights. I would recommend this motel to guys who don’t care about cleanliness or safety are looking for a cheap room. I lost $184 to this place.

Mostly positive except when I checked in there was no towels anywhere. Nor a glass in the room for drinking. I took one from breakfast bar. Stopped at desk and they gave me towels. Bed was very comfortable and drapes darkened room great. Bkfst was sparse. One kind of jam, one peanut butter, only bread. Yogurt. No butter for toast or juice. Coffee. Very positive note it appears they are doing upgrades and I will come back.

Nothing to like. Dirty. Old. Stained carpets, bedding and walls. Mismatched, lumpy pillows. Coffee machine did not work. Overpowering smell of pinesol. Breakfast room used for storing work project boxes and cans of chemicals. Breakfast was old oranges, apples, bread slices and yogurt. Overall terrible experience.
