The complex features a large communal area with a swimming pool and sunbathing zone, so you can unwind without even leaving the property.

- Air conditioning only in the living room.

- 2 single sofa beds in the living room. Maximum sleeps 6 people.

- IMPORTANT: the kitchen does not have an oven.

- Reservations for groups are not accepted.

- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

- Parking with supplement and on request. Place suitable for midsize cars (large cars will not fit)

- Free Wi-Fi is available in the communal area. Please note that the signal may not reach inside the apartment. If needed, you can rent a 4G router (at an additional cost) to enjoy Wi-Fi indoors.

- Ideal for enjoying the beach and the summer life in Salou.

- Tourist tax not included in the rental price. Key collection at the Universal Holiday Centre offices, located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration required at least 24 hours before arrival, including guest details as per Royal Decree 933/2021, and completion of all payments. The agency will contact you in advance with all necessary details.
