This is a peaceful and centrally-located property. A 10-15 drive to downtown SLC, 14 minutes to the airport. Work stations throughout the home so you have ample space to work. Fenced in backyard with Hot Tub, Grill, Pizza Oven, Eating Area and roomy space for family and friends.
Excellent central location it is easy to drive to ski resorts, Maverick Center University of Utah and located near Intermountain Medical Center.

A fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, while the lounge area invites you to vibe to your favorite tunes, Xbox with game pass and board games, or cozy up by the fireplace for a movie. Outside, relax by the firepit or BBQ and Pizza oven or soak in the Hot Tub in the serene backyard
This gorgeous house is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Access to the space is via an electronic lock on the front door. We will send you your own private key-code with the check-in instructions. There are 2 stairs leading to the front door. Must use stairs to access bedrooms.

Our fenced in backyard makes it perfect for furry friends which are welcome with an additional fee. In order to provide an excellent experience for all of our guests we allow responsible dog owners to bring WELL BEHAVED dogs (up to 2) during their stay. A deep cleaning is performed after each pet stay, and an additional fee of $20/night for 2 dogs. The pet fee is due upon booking confirmation. We will send a request through Airbnb and you can pay through that link.

Make sure that you follow all the house rules. Breaking the rules will forfeit the deposit and you will be asked to leave. Absolutely no loud music or partying will be tolerated. This is a very quiet, established, comfortable neighborhood and the neighbors expect to enjoy their peaceful surroundings. If a party house is what you are looking for please look elsewhere, this home is not for you.
