It was the only place available ‘ I can see why it was expensive for what we got. It was no 5star … carpet from reception to the lifts need to be replaced. breakfast no pancake machine wasn’t working scrambled eggs were rubber.

It was fantastic, staff even worked with me to check in early, and even the free breakfast was better than most hotels I've ever stayed at. Their staff is top tier. Even the cleaning staff were helpful and very sweet. 5star experience

The beds were very comfortable and the front desk staff was great. That said, the property is pretty old and both rooms we were in had very old air conditioner units that just barely cooled enough. The breakfast was mediocre and the pool while nice, was a bit murky. The staff made every effort to fix the AC and we did appreciate that. The property needs an update.

The pillows were dirty, the bathtub was full of water from a drip. At breakfast the railing on the wall was dirty and had dead bugs. It was the worst best western I have stayed at.

Fine for a one night stay, but other than the location being convenient for our trip, 3 nights wasn’t great. It’s an older property & while rooms are refurbished the age shows. Our room smelled like it was perhaps once a smoking room. Check in was glitchy for a late night arrival despite calling ahead to confirm.
