We booked a room and had to change the date. We had insurance as well. The agent said we would get refunded for the first date if we booked again and showed them the reservation number. We did that and was told a few hours later that the hotel changed its mind and would not refund us for the first reservation. We kept the one for the 19th of Sept. When we went to check in (after a 3 hour drive) they had lost our reservation even though we had the reservation number. The hotel had overbooked and we were left without a room and no refund for the first reservation.

The room was clean and comfortable until we had to sleep and shower. The bed was hard as a rock and we couldn’t get the shower to drain while we were showering. I wouldn’t stay again.

Near the airport

For a hotel that seemed pretty new I was surprised at the things that were broken. One elevator was out of order and our sink drained extremely slowly. But the bed was comfortable. There are no restaurants in the area.
