Beautiful spacious room. Easy expeditious check in. Pretty noisy throughout the night. Loud talking in hall, quite a bit of thumping & banging from other rooms (?). Middle of the night a loud explosion type sound woke us up. No sirens or call from front desk, so finally went back to sleep. Will definitely stay again, though.

The hotel was all newly remodeled. Everything was very clean! Comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel staff was very nice. Check in was quick. Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

It could be better

Hotel itself is in good shape. Parking has no problem. Room is clean and in good size. Bed is comfy. Heater/AC is quiet. It's at exit of I-80 and easy in & out. Check-in & out are simple and easy. Breakfast is better than normal. The issue is our room is unfinished! All drawers have no handle and cannot open them! After we reported the issue, two handles but not all were installed at 2nd day. Hairdryer is broken, call front desk but no one sent one in & we have to pick it up at front desk by ourselves. No room clean at 2nd day & again, we have to pick up clean towers from front desk.

Reasonable and Comfortable

The hotel was pretty clean and comfortable. There were a couple of places that were not so clean as we found some black stuff on the counter by the coffee maker (which was hard to get off) and the bathroom floor. I was shocked at breakfast to find one person trying to manage things and feel like some training should take place. I went to through my dishes away and the garbage did not have a liner. I noticed the lady was getting a bag so I waited. I watched her get the bag and then walk by the food warmers, lift the lids and then proceed to the garage can to put the liner in. Clearly she should have finished taking care of the garbage, washed her hands and then attend to the food. We did have to go back to the front desk to have our room cards fixed because when we can back to the hotel after being gone awhile they wouldn’t work. It would have been nice to have a garage can by the outside door or somewhere close to place garage. Since there wasn’t one someone just left their garbage on the floor by the ice machine. It was convenient to the highway to get on and off which was nice. The first night the WiFi was not working. When I asked about a pool or hot tub they said it was under construction. I would stay again but they should change a few things.

The rooms were nice and clean - looks like they were recently remodeled. My mattress felt new and was very comfortable. This was a perfect stay after car camping and glamping in Joshua Tree and Death Valley NP. 😊
