Welcome by staff was excellent. Nicely renovated property with plenty of parking, pet friendly, dog park across the street. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great.

hotel was really noisy and loud, like there were no walls or doors. housekeeping came in at 9am without knocking. there was a dead mouse at the guest entrance from the parking lot

The good - room was clean, breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The bad - the bathroom is showing wear (yucky caulk and chips in the tub and bathroom door splitting on bottom). Toilet clogged after one use. Maintenance came but left a mess of rusty water and rust scratches all over the toilet and bathroom floor. Hallways reeked of overly fragrant carpet powder. The side door (across from the dog park) was dirty, spills on the concrete, filthy card reader and door. Overall lack of maintenance.

It was really clean! The pool wasn’t working and they only had one play pen for the whole hotel, unfortunately! But the rest was wonderful! The lady working the breakfast buffet was so friendly!

Everything was great and I would have given this stay five stars. However, the amenities list shows a pool and hot tub, and upon check-in the receptionist informed me that both have been closed for several years with no plans to reopen. If amenities are not available, this should be clearly disclosed ahead of time, as it can impact a guest’s decision on whether to stay.

Settled in room and used bathroom. Toilet did not work (plugged and would fill). Called front desk and was given a plunger. Despite attempts to plunge, didn’t fix it. Called front desk to get a different room but could only offer us a king room. We had to leave and find a new hotel at 930 pm

We had an end room. It was 43 degrees when we opened the door. Turned on the heat and it would not shut off. Bed is on a metal box that pops and creeks every time you move. Miserable stay.

The staff was nice, especially the couple there in the morning, you can tell they care and are passionate about customer service. However, the hotel is not very accessible. There’s only one elevator all the way at the end. So if your room is on a different floor on the front, you’ll have to park in back, go up the elevator, and walk the entire length of the hotel to get to your room ( or wheel your wheelchair, luggage, etc. the rooms were updated but the bathroom was NASTY smelling and there’s no amount of money you could pay me to bathe or shower in that tub. The rest of the room looked extremely clean. The mini fridge smelt like vomit though so we didn’t open it. We literally put food in there then decided to leave it there rather than open it up again. The beds were by far the most comfortable beds at any hotel or at my house I’ve ever been in. Linens were clean and fresh. Breakfast was ok, standard hotel breakfast, but the juice was DISGUSTING. The floors were all wood in the rooms which we liked. The rooms were very dim / not lit even with all lamps on. Lastly, the air conditioner was LOUD and didn’t get the whole room cold, just the one by the sc. oh also the elevator needs its floor repaired or replaced. The tiles inside were cracked and broken so not an even surface that may inhibit wheelchair usage or rolling luggage.

Nasty looking tub with weird pad in it. If that’s how it looks freshly clean I don’t want to see it dirty. Did not take a shower or bath because it was so gross and smelt so badly.
