Check in was not easy, we were after 6pm due to car troubles. None of the check in emails came to us so we did not get the right communication. That is fine but the phone calls didn't work and although we were seen walking around looking no one came to meet us and help. They said it was after 6pm. Checking in etc on line is fine as long as it works and in this case it didn't and there was no back up plan.
The deep soaking bath did not work. The plug was broken.
Breakfast was good however the night before we had to say what time we wanted breakfast and what we wanted to eat. After a very long flight and being stressed from not being able to check in we had no idea of any of that plus we were on vacation that means we may sleep. Unfortunately we did sleep in and were late. We did still get our breakfast thankfully. The bed had a big foam topper which made it very soft and hard on the backs. So this isn't the room for you if you like a harder bed.
