Stay was okay

The property is pretty clean. They were cleaning carpets at arrival. Overall good place. My issues are: please provide ebough towels for the entire party. 2 towels for 4 people is diabolical...and awful. The pool area is run down a bit, no towels are available, and it smelled of over chlorination. My water loving kids said, "nope!"...and that's saying something. I told the lady at the front that someone's dog pooped in the hallway and she literally didn’t believe me and told me she already knew there was nothing because she already walked around (2 hours before i told her). Okay, ma'am, I was just trying to help. Otherwise, breakfast was decent (not the best of our trip but not the worst), and the aggressive signs about not taking breakfast to your room, not a good look. If you offer suites with entire kitchens, let it go. Are people going to take more than they need? Always. Let it go. Decent place, kind people, and they use Dove products so that's a win for me.

We came for a night to getaway after having a baby. The bathroom was not clean at all, had boogers on the wall, cigarette burns on the bath and we paid $150 for an incidental fee when the room was not in the best condition at all, plus they had told us it was because we had a child with us but the child is only nine weeks old so not sure what damage a baby could do. Staff was extremely rude at check in and very unprofessional.

The first room they put us in smelled like a dog urinated everywhere. The sent was incredibly strong even with the air conditioner full blast. The next room they put us in didn’t look like it had been cleaned minus a bed change in a very long time. Dirt around every inch of the floor boards, torn up carpet that we tripped over, and what looked like pen scribbles on the bathroom floor. We were just very tired at this point and decided to go to bed, the mattresses were bricks, and the a/c barely worked. I stayed here once about 7 years ago and it is vastly different.
Rip in the carpet about 5inches long and came up tripping me as I walked into the room.

The bath tub looked dirty, the faust in the bath tub was dripping slightly when we got there, but got worse when we left. There were no wash rags and only one hand towel. We need to get. The other towels were okay. Out of the other we have stayed at your hotels, this was the worst of all.

Don’t stay here

This place was not clean. Walking to the room the hallways smelt like pee. When we got into our room it smelt like cigarette smoke in there. I just wanted to be able to take a shower but the floor of the shower was black and there was what looked like mold around the drain. When I went to finally go to bed I pulled the sheets back and there was dirt and stains all inside the bed. I checked the second bed and it seemed to be cleaner so I used that one instead. The curtains over the window were also ripped and shredded with massive holes. Do not recommend this place.

The staff was very friendly, and beds/linens were nice and clean. Unfortunately the bathroom was filthy with mold behind the door, the top lock on main door was busted and the people roaming the hotel & parking lot, that are not staying there, are abundant. I should have heeded the reviews! Was thankful for the space to stay, but I learned my lesson.

The room we were in did not have any handicapped assistance in the bathroom area. My friend couldn't take a bath because there was no way for her to get in or out of the bathtub. Only one towel and one washrag. The curtain was torn and severed. It was not a pleasant experience and we will not be returning to this establishment.

The gym wasn’t just unavailable it was used as some auxiliary storage completely full of desks mini fridges chairs ect. The walls are thing and you can head everything around you half the lights in the room did not work and the bathroom was questionable

Not worth the price charged. Felt like I was gaslit with false advertisement. Here's why... 1.The TV did not work and when it was finally addressed the 2nd night, the large TV was replaced with one that was the size of a computer monitor. 2. After a verbal request to have our room cleaned, it was not done. And when we requested to at least have some towels and coffee supplies the front desk said there were no clean towels available. How can that be? When I suggested that they borrow some from a vacant room, the answer I was given was that they didn't want to leave a potential guest (who may not even show) without towels! This is how the guests who have already paid get treated. 3. There was a dirty washcloth from a previous guest hanging on the shower rod 4. Broken luggage rack 5. Cigarette burn on tub enclosure (got to set your cig down somewhere while you are using the toilet) 6. Do you need WiFi?? Don't worry, it was graffitied on the bathroom door 7. Stains on comforter 8. And I saved the best for last! ROACH!!! We named her MaryJane!! I should be refunded for my stay!!

The property needs some major updates, and cleaning. Not only that the front desk called our room several times at 2:30am waking me, my husband and our 2 kids up to tell us somebody was in the lobby for us?? At 2:30am?? Also we are from South Dakotaand dont know anyone in that area.
