Could not get in touch with motel to pick us up at airport it was very cold outside at airport Tel number I was given was not working The motel next to ours had a shuttle he agreed to drop us off We were very frustrated and disappointed. Thankful for helpful people

I had a very pleasant stay at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Salt Lake City Airport. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers, with quick access to the airport and free shuttle service. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for a good night’s rest. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. For the value, comfort, and convenience it offers, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again!

We got two rooms, one room was OK but the room I slept and smelled like mildew. The smell was very strong.

Needs upgrading, the shower was unsafe it was not connected. The staff gave me the wrong room. No transportation only to the airport. The drawers in the room were stuck, unable to use what was needed and did not want to go back again to the front desk. I just wanted to sleep and leave. Will not stay here again for my next event.
