This darling home is located in a family friendly neighborhood with tree lined streets that are beautiful to walk in any season. A Fresh Market grocery store is just a couple blocks away to stock up on anything you might need. There are many delicious restaurants and fun bars located in Sugar House, Downtown and Foothill Village that are all about 5-10 minutes away. You can access the world class ski resorts with a short drive up the canyon (approx. 20 min). Salt Lake has many great museums, theaters and concert venues that are all close as well. A great house in wonderful location!

Sweet Home in the Sugar House District

This is a nice house for those with kids and/or pets. The backyard is fully fenced with well maintained landscaping. The grill was terrific. There is a nice patio with lovely shade provided by mature wisteria vines growing over the roof top. Inside, the cool air conditioning was a welcomed relief in the 100 degree weather. We enjoyed playing the arcade game on the lower level of the house. This host thought of everything one might need during their stay. They were very kind and allowed us a later check out time to meet our scheduling needs. I would 100% stay at this Vrbo again in the future. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. There was a nice grocery store and restaurants nearby.

Great stay

This bungalow was perfect for our multi generational trip. The home was in a nice quiet neighborhood and had a great backyard that we enjoyed our whole visit. We had dinner under the wisteria covered gazebo nightly. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this rental

This place was well located , clean and had a great outdoor space. Checkin and out was a breeze. Ac was good and cold and the beds were very comfortable. We had plenty of towels and the kitchen was very well stocked. The fenced backyard was great for our lab to play in. The street was very quiet. It was a great place for our family to spend some quality time. I also appreciated the response of Amy the host. Thanks for sharing your home with us. If we ever need another VRBO in slc, this will be our 1st choice

Properly was clean. Beds were all comfortable. The only things I wish were different is fragrance free soap on the linens- the smell was really strong. And the dishwasher is literally falling apart and needs to be replaced or fixed.( all the dishes were chipped because they fall out of the dishwasher:) )It is a great house and very close to the U and the mountains.

Visit to SLC family wedding

The home was very comfortable and perfect for my family. Loved the location and welcome gift. The host responded quickly with a small issue we had with the dishwasher. Could not get my husband to quit playing the video game downstairs! Beautiful backyard, perfect for dogs. Would highly recommend.

Spring break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It truly is a “perfectly located bungalow”. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. Groceries are within 5 minutes. Great city attractions are close by. We enjoyed the Hogle Zoo and Tracey Aviary this trip. There is a great dog park close by and the neighborhood was great for walking our dogs. This location will definitely be my first choice the next time we stay in SLC.

Salt Lake City stay

The owners need to deal with some maintenance issues. The hinge on the dishwasher is broken, and as I was opening it, it fell hard on my index finger, which is now all swollen.The main floor bathroom has a broken shower handle, so we all had to shower in the basement bathroom.When I went to use the basement shower, there was a wad of hair in the drain.The thorny bushes along the railing going in the front door need to be trimmed back, I was cut twice by the thorns.There is a 1” step up in the basement bathroom, that a couple of us tripped on, if someone actually falls, they would most likely hit their head on the bathtub. I’m not sure anything can be done about it, but a warning would be helpful.I also expect to have enough toilet paper when I go to an VRBO, it’s inconvenient to run out after a few days.I also expect salt & pepper shakers to be provided, but now they have some.If these issues are addressed, I’m sure the next visitors will have a pleasant stay with no complaints.

Group of adult friends staying to ski and visit others who live in the area. Location is very easy to get to and from airport and ski resorts with car. Well appointed kitchen, welcome snacks, and everything needed for a weekend away.

Perfect House for Us

I was in town to say goodbye to my daughter and her family who were returning to Australia and staying with my son who lives in SLC. The house was close to his and just perfect. Amy is a great host and we'll definitely stay again.

Perfect location

Perfect location to U of U hospital. We have been in SLC since Sept. 19 & moved 3 times, this was our favorite location. If the floors didn’t squeak and squeak it would have been perfect.

Well equipped, great location!

We had the best time at this adorable little bungalow! It’s very well equipped with almost everything we needed. The location was great - easy access to the freeway, beautiful and safe neighborhood, and lots of things to do nearby. It could use a more in-depth cleaning, and more towels would have been nice, but overall it’s a lovely home and we look forward to staying again soon!

Wonderful trip

Never been to SLC before and we wanted to go to Park City. Land Cruiser museum and the city. Home is very centrally located to everything. The leaves were changing so the mountains were beautiful. Park City was also very cute. The Avenues and the capital were beautiful

Great home

The house was beautiful and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to amenities. I was pleasantly surprised that the stairs went downstairs instead of up. That way, I didn’t have to negotiate stairs to go to bed. It was easy to follow the rules since there weren’t that many. Would definitely stay again!!
