We booked this hotel based on the pictures. It was very misleading and the hotel did not match up. The rooms window was wide open and hot first of all. Then once we closed the window we realized there was a musty smell. The seat cushions were stained. And the air conditioner was old looking and very dirty. We then checked out and found better accommodations. We requested a refund through Expedia who reached out to the hotel and we were completely refused. Needless to say we will never be back but also i believe it’s just bad business no matter how so called strict your cancel policy is. I wouldn’t have left if the accommodations were acceptable.

Excellent location Returning from an event, it was completely dark outside. Pitch dark. Hotel signage light was off. No lights in the parking lot were lit, This felt very unsafe. The room was nice and clean. A bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Staff were nice, clear and informational. It was a good stay

I was very impressed with the room. The beds were very comfortable and smelled of freshly laundered linens. The suite was very clean and well decorated. Two thumbs up.

Everything was great except the batteries in the TV remote were missing. So I wasn’t able to watch TV. $5 was deducted from my security deposit later the day of check out. They charged me for the missing batteries. They get 3 stars from me.
