Excellent 8 bedroom house, located in Condomínio Mar Azul, just 50m from the beach and the best beach huts (Prefeitinho and Carlinhos) and with excellent infrastructure. In addition, the house has a large outdoor area with a swimming pool, garden and gourmet area with barbecue.

Suite 7 (upper): 1 double bed, 1 single bed (twin), split air conditioning, blackout curtain, wardrobe, geladeira, floor and varanda;

Guarajuba is one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast, excellent for getting in touch with nature and resting! It has the Blue Flag certificate, one of the most recognized voluntary eco-labels in the world and which only 14 beaches have achieved. This symbol represents that there is a sustainable tourism combined with the intense preservation of the environment.

**It has easy access to public transport. If you arrive by plane, you can rent a car or use transport platforms, requesting for the Airport to Guarajuba. The value of this last option is on average R$120.00.
