O problema foi que não tinham toalhas de rosto,nem pisos para o banheiro, e quando solicitamos eles não tinham para nos dar. Um evento grande, agendado a meses, e parece que eles não estavam parados para isso. No segundo dia eles conseguiram só uma toalha de rosto e continuava sem piso. No mais , oi tudo tranquilo

Quarto estava limpo, mas faltava tapete no banheiro, toalha de rosto na pia e itens de higiene. O salão de jogos tá bem deteriorado, com cheiro forte de mofo (umidade), sem funcionar o ar-condicionado e alguns brinquedos. O café da manhã é excelente; piscina só funciona a partir das 10h achamos ruim pois por conta do check-out que faríamos às 11h, minha filha nem pôde aproveitar. Fora o bar em frente que tocou um sambão até madrugada e foi impossível dormir, mas isso já não tem nada a ver com a acomodação, só pra que outros hóspedes saibam que podem ter o desconforto do barulho caso escolham o local.

Hotel com uma localização muito boa, porém deixam muito a desejar na limpeza do quarto, o ar condicionado estava com problema. A recepcionista com uma cara de má vontade como se eu tivesse hospedada de graça. Fomos remanejados pra outro quarto que ficava do lado das máquinas de ar condicionado, vista ridícula. E o banheiro com muito mal cheiro.

Já conhecia o.hotel, mas dessa vez foi uma catástrofe. Primeiro, a porta do quarto não fechava, era possível ser aberta com ou sem cartão. Solicitaram manutenção, demorou e não resolveu. Depois de muito custo, me trocaram de quarto. No Novo quarto, a água que saía da torneira do banheiro estava marrom! Ao questionar, fui informado que precisaria ser feita uma drenagem, estava assim em outros quartos também. Não foi feita. Comprei um galão de água mineral de 5l pra poder escovar os dentes e lavar a mão durante a estadia. O atendimento na recepção não foi eficiente e tampouco cortês, foram rudes em certos momentos. Foi uma péssima experiência!
