The hotel was way more expensive for what it has provided . The rooms were in bad condition and not clean enough, the pictures Provided in Expedia do not show the real conditions of the hotel , be aware.

IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP and ARE A TOURIST DO NOT STAY HERE Ive actually stayed here several months earlier and it was not great, but this time around was so Horrible i had to leave 5 days early (losing that money) and check into a different Hotel I dont know if its because of the low rates, but the people staying here were Loud and leaving their children running arouns the hallways all day and night. Even the cleaning ladies were LOUD Ive been to Brazil multiple times, and even have cousins there, but this.was THE wORSE stay i ever had I read the reviews.again before i booked and people staying in the lower floor (basement) complained about a sewage smell I booked the Top (3rd) floor. OMG the sewage smell was in the bathroom coming through the floor drain. I had to.sleep with the bathroom door closed and cover my mouth snd nose when using the toilet. When taking a shower id leave the door closed for 15-20 minutes to flush out the smell The worse part of the Hotel though was the unbearable Noise. Guy in room next to me was also banging the wall all the time for who knows what reason. My stay was just over 2 weeks.booked but could only stand 7 days

A única janela do quarto estava bloqueada e o banheiro não tinha janela nem exaustor então o quarto não tinha nenhuma ventilação, o ar condicionado precisou ficar ligado direto. O café da manhã era muito bom e com várias opções de comida e bebida mas precisava chegar cedo porque paravam de repor os itens antes das 9h. O hotel fica de frente para a praia e ela é bem vazia mas é uma praia de armação então não é seguro para banho.

Desagradável

Funcionários muito bons. Tinha baratas no quarto. Limpeza regular. Um barulho alto em cima do teto o tempo todo. A maçaneta da porta difícil de abrir. Chuveiro impossível regular temperatura da água. Fui colocado em um quarto no subsolo, mas quando reservei não fui informado desta possibilidade e este quarto estava com cheiro de mofo e solicitei troca.

A vista proporcionada pelo quarto é realmente deslumbrante; entretanto, a experiência foi comprometida pela falta de limpeza das janelas, que se encontravam visivelmente sujas. Considerando que a região é frequentemente afetada por ventos de areia, seria recomendável a realização de limpezas periódicas para preservar a qualidade da paisagem oferecida aos hóspedes. Em relação às refeições, durante os seis dias de hospedagem, o café da manhã apresentou-se repetitivo, sem variações no cardápio. Observou-se, ainda, uma evidente sobrecarga da equipe de cozinha, o que resultava, diariamente, na falta de alimentos, pratos, talheres e sucos, além de reposições demoradas. No penúltimo dia, por exemplo, ao chegar apenas trinta minutos após a abertura do serviço, já não havia pratos, xícaras, pegadores ou frios disponíveis, sendo necessária uma espera de aproximadamente vinte minutos para a reposição. Quanto aos bolos, a limitação também era notável: disponibilizavam-se apenas duas opções, em quantidades reduzidas, e, uma vez esgotados, não havia reposição, privando os hóspedes de mais essa alternativa. Apesar dessas observações, ressalto que o hotel possui localização privilegiada e que a equipe de funcionários mostrou-se sempre educada e atenciosa, características que certamente merecem reconhecimento.

"Aqui não tem nada" foi o que um funcionário me disse ao pedir um cobertor. Não tem cobertor, não tem travesseiro extra. As funcionárias do café da manhã extremamente grosseiras. O leite acabou no meio do café e também não tinha. O filtro do ar nunca deve ter sido limpo porque voltei com uma rinite terrível. O quarto não tinha tomadas suficientes para tv, frigobar e precisamos dividir uma única que tinha no banheiro (3 pessoas para carregar o celular). Já fiquei em outros Andrades e minha experiência foi bem diferente. Apesar disso, preciso elogiar a funcionária Gleyce da recepção, por sua simpatia e receptividade.
