The hotel was way more expensive for what it has provided . The rooms were in bad condition and not clean enough, the pictures Provided in Expedia do not show the real conditions of the hotel , be aware.

IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP and ARE A TOURIST DO NOT STAY HERE Ive actually stayed here several months earlier and it was not great, but this time around was so Horrible i had to leave 5 days early (losing that money) and check into a different Hotel I dont know if its because of the low rates, but the people staying here were Loud and leaving their children running arouns the hallways all day and night. Even the cleaning ladies were LOUD Ive been to Brazil multiple times, and even have cousins there, but this.was THE wORSE stay i ever had I read the reviews.again before i booked and people staying in the lower floor (basement) complained about a sewage smell I booked the Top (3rd) floor. OMG the sewage smell was in the bathroom coming through the floor drain. I had to.sleep with the bathroom door closed and cover my mouth snd nose when using the toilet. When taking a shower id leave the door closed for 15-20 minutes to flush out the smell The worse part of the Hotel though was the unbearable Noise. Guy in room next to me was also banging the wall all the time for who knows what reason. My stay was just over 2 weeks.booked but could only stand 7 days

Hotel com instalações muito precária, o quarto horrível, inóspito, cheio de manchas de mofo, móveis podres, ausência de itens de higiene de banho, papel higiênico parecia uma lixa. E para piorar a situação por volta da 01h da manha começou uma goteira em cima da cama e por volta das 03hs da manhã começou a gotejar o quarto inteiro sendo impossível dormir na cama, visto que gotejava em cima. As 4hs da manhã consegui trocar por um quarto triplo apenas para terminar de dormir, mas de condições também precárias, portas podres.manhaamanhãmcomeçou

O quarto estava mal cuidado, com os lençóis encardidos ou já usados sem a lavagem, faltou água para o banho, café da manhã insuficiente para a quantidade de hóspedes, faltava pratos, talheres, xícaras e claro as frutas, ovos mexidos e outros... Vi pessoas recusando a estadia já na entrada e solicitando transferência para outro hotel. O hotel precisa urgente de uma reforma e mudanças.

Fiquei hospedado no terceiro andar e fui surpreendido lamentavelmente com goteiras no quarto após uma chuva no local. Sendo que uma das goteiras encharcou o colchão de casal. O hotel se encontra com grande necessidade de manutenção, principalmente das áreas internas.

o quarto estava limpo, porém dizia nas instruções que a troca do enxoval trocaria a cada 2 dois dias e esta só aconteceu no 3º dia. A equipe de funcionários atende nos niveis normais. No apartamento que recebi a vista era limitada. O estacionamento era muito caro e demoravam a abrir o portão devido não ter um responsável na area visivel quando chegavamos. No quarto que hospedei-me meu filho não pode assistir tv, devido estar ligada na rede do ar condicionado e isto sobrecarregava. tive que optar por qual usar, se deixasse ligado um dos dois desligava e ainda causou medo ao meu filho.
