The food and staff at breakfast were wonderful and were the best part of our stay. Unfortunately, our bathroom was in poor shape and wasn’t properly cleaned before our arrival (hair all over the shower). We stayed 6 nights and the internet in our room worked for all of 5 minutes during our entire stay.

I am giving 1 star because the employees of the hotel are kind. As soon as we entered the room there was a dead cockroach on top of the sink. The television did not work at all in the first room and the smell in the hall if you have any type of allergy, do not go. On the second day I went to complain and on our way down the elevator stopped. We talked to the receptionist and she moved us to a different room. The tv in the new room worked, but there was a cockroach running around the room (also caught on video!) and when my daughter took a shower the entire bathroom flooded. We had to ask someone to fix it. It was the first shower in the "new"bathroom. The next day they closed the swimming pool with no previous notice. I am not even going to talk about the food. Very bad food. Not even the French fries. You can see the oil is old. One of the highlights of hotels in Brazil are the breakfast, not in this hotel. No fresh fruits, very low variety of options. I am very glad that we left when we did. A horrible, horrible, experience.

Passei meu aniversário com meu esposo no Hotel Sol Victória Marina e foi uma surpresa muito positiva. O atendimento foi impecável; o quarto é amplo (são antigos, é bem verdade; nosso andar estava em reforma, mas os horários de silêncio foram rigorosamente respeitados). O nosso apartamento foi vista mar, a vista é surreal de tão perfeita!! Os funcionários são superatenciosos, educados, gentis e bem-humorados. Em especial, destaco Leonardo, do Mahi Mahi: um atendimento diferenciado, simplesmente sensacional!! O café da manhã é muito bom, com bastante variedade, servido ao ar livre. O ponto alto é o acesso gratuito, para quem está hospedado no hotel, ao Mahi Mahi. Petiscos gostosos, água de coco, duas piscinas pequenas e, o mais legal de tudo, o toboágua. Tudo isso com uma das vistas mais lindas, quiçá a mais bonita, de Salvador. Ficamos super satisfeitos!! Foi um aniversário diferente, que ficará registrado para sempre em nossas memórias. Muito obrigada a todos do Hotel Sol Victória Marina e do Mahi Mahi. Ah, vale salientar que nunca vi um sistema de segurança como o deles: todas, eu disse todas, as possíveis entradas e saídas de hóspedes possuem catraca com reconhecimento facial. Espetacular!!
