Traditional country estate w/ pool & sea view

Located on the gentle hillsides of Pescoluse, this 4,000 sqm property with several residential units awaits you, nestled in a large Mediterranean garden with a beautiful panoramic pool. Experience the view of the blue Ionian Sea below in all its facets, from early morning until evening, when the sun depending on the season sinks behind the hills or into the sea. Here you rent the entire property, which is therefore exclusively available to you. It consists of:

A modern main villa with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A sofa bed in the living room can also be used. There is a shower room and a living and dining room with an open kitchen. The latter is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc. The villa is fully air conditioned, cold or warm depending on the season.

A traditional trulli complex made of thick stone walls, also renovated in 2024. It is divided into a double room with en-suite bathroom with shower, a single room, a double room (with a 140cm wide mattress) and another shower room with an external entrance. There is also a shaded outdoor terrace with a seating area. The bedrooms in the trulli are not air-conditioned, but they usually remain quite cool thanks to the thick walls. There is no proper kitchen in the trulli complex, so the one in the main villa should be used. Next to the main villa there is also a wood oven, which you can use for homemade pizza, for example, and a grill.

The pool is just a few steps away from the main house. Another highlight is the roof terrace, ideal for sunbathing or for an aperitivo with a fantastic 180 degree view over the sea and the coast.

The entire property including the garden and pool is at your exclusive disposal and is not shared with other guests.

The coastal town of Pescoluse, known for its golden sandy beaches, is approx. 1.5 km away as the crow flies. Here you will find shops for your daily needs as well as some good restaurants, such as the Lido Venere right on the beach. In the area you can also take wonderful walks, cycle, rent a boat or take a boat tour (e.g. to the sea caves of Leuca) or try out many different water sports. Well-known medieval towns such as Gallipoli, Galatina, Otranto or Lecce can be reached by car in 30-50 minutes.





Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.

Final cleaning is not included and costs €220, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.

We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1000 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,35 on 19/01/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

By booking this accommodation, you accept that:

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.

Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.

Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.

Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
