The top level great room features vaulted ceilings and exposed Juniper details, and lots of windows displaying the view of the ocean across the street. Sink into the cozy sofas at the end of the day and enjoy a show on the large screen TV. The kitchen is especially welcoming with its spacious layout, granite countertops and modern appliances. The breakfast bar seats four stools along side the dining table suited for 8. Sliders take you out onto the top deck with upscale polywood Adirondack and dolphin watch chairs. Pick up some fresh seafood from a local market, steam it up and enjoy your feast on the picnic table in the expansive screened porch overlooking the pool.

When it’s time to retire in the evening, choose from 5 well-appointed bedrooms. The top level king master suite has soaring vaulted ceilings and a private bath with dual vanity. The first-level king master suite is just as spacious with private master bath. The queen master bedroom provides a private bath with walk-in shower. The second queen bedroom and the bunk bedroom share a hallway bath. A den on this level also provides an escape for the kids with a Smart TV and games.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
