Das Hotel ist sehr zentral am Bahnhof gelegen und die Innenstadt ist problemlos fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten ein Classic-Zimmer gebucht, was etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist (das Sofa war bspw. an der Seite aufgerissen). Im Bad hatte man am Waschbecken keine Möglichkeit ein Handtuch aufzuhängen, etc. Die Sauberkeit war okay. Positiv war, dass wir das Zimmer schon früher beziehen durften. Am ersten Abend wurde ein Musik Festival im Hotel (bis Mitternacht) abgehalten, worüber wir weder bei der Buchung noch beim Check-In informiert wurden. Im 2. Stock konnte man das Konzert hautnah erfolgen, was uns beim Schlafen beeinträchtigte. Auf Nachfrage konnte mangels fehlender Kapazitäten leider keine Alternative bereitgestellt werden.

Das Restaurant, Frühstück im obersten Stockwerk ist einzigartig, man hat einen ausblick über ganz Salzburg.

perfekte Lage am Hbf Salzburg

Ich war eine Nacht im Hotel Europa und werde wieder buchen. Das Zimmer war sauber, ordentlich und entsprach ****Standard. Der Preis war sehr angenehm, zum Frühstück hatte ich leider keien Zeit. War aber kurz im 15.OG und habe dort die Aussicht genossen. Der Rezeptionist war sehr engagiert und half mir um Mitternacht noch, vergessene Unterlagen per Mail zu versenden bzw. auszudrucken. Per Taxi braucht man vom Flughafen ca. 15 Minuten, es kostete nur 13 EURO. Alles spricht für dieses Haus.

+ sehr großes Zimmer * etwas abgewohnt aber sauber + toller Frühstücksraum mit schönen Ausblick und gutem Buffet

Mauvais rapport qualité/prix

Bien que l'emplacement de l'hôtel à proximité de la gare ferroviaire soit bon, les chambres même Exécutive supérieure sont basiques. Idem pour le petit déjeuner très très moyen. L'accueil, bien que courtois, est de niveau service minimum.Un hotel qui ne mériterait que trois étoiles si les chambres étaient plus petites. Il doit y avoir à Salbourg d'autres hôtels nettement mieux pour un prix similaire. Je ne le recommande donc pas.
