Staff were so welcoming and helpful to provide tips of where to go and what to see during our visit. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Salzburg, steps away from all the main attractions. We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for the Christmas market and walking around Old Town. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was large and comfortable. We thought we were booking a room with a large sofa but it turned out to be a room with a giant tub taking up far too much space in the middle of the room. We might have chosen differently had we known that since we wanted to be able to spread out a bit during our stay. Otherwise we had a nice stay.
