Quite possibly the best location to stay in Salzburg. The room was clean, the staff was kind, the breakfast was good and everything was perfect and after a string of bad experiences in Austria and Switzerland we were so glad to find ONE hotel with working and easy to use AC! I would just recommend them to consider replacing the old TVs with newer models where we can use streaming/casting.

Staff were so welcoming and helpful to provide tips of where to go and what to see during our visit. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Salzburg, steps away from all the main attractions.
