I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Cocoon Salzburg. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and a good size, providing a comfortable base for my trip. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the railway station and within walking distance of many tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Hotel is very conveniently located close to HBF. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is wonderful. However, rooms are quite compact, probably more suitable for overnight stays rather than 3-4 nights. Some amenities such as tea , coffee making in the room or storing luggage after checkout comes with additional cost and not transparent while booking. Some front staff were less welcoming than others.

5 minute walk to train & bus stations. Convenient for doing day drips outside of Salzburg especially if coming back late at night. Great coffee/breakfast place inside the train station (Costa Coffee). Reception staff help us book a Taxi for a very early morning flight. The room is not cleaned daily so you will need to request that 24 hours in advance.

Stunning hotel

We stayed here for three wonderful nights while visiting Saltzburg. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable and in a great location for walking to the old town. The attention to detail in the hotel is amazing and the decor and cleanliness is perfect. I didnt want to leave and cannot wait to stay here again.
