We ordered room service The wrong code was on the table and went to the wrong room I called up after an hour of not receiving it For it to be up in 20 minutes The food was cold and my partner got super sick We asked for a refund but got told no We can add a free breakfast and dinner for me it was okay but my partner who didn’t eat for 2 days after it was pointless for her

We stayed here for two days. The room was great as were the facilities. The one thing that made our stay outstanding was the customer service provided by Anna during our check in and during our stay. She was the gold standard of customer service. Bravo! The next time I return, I will stay here for my third time.

Location is good closer to Salzburg train station and bus terminal. Thanks to the hotel for upgrading a nicer room for me. The room is large, clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Only arriving day the drink is complimentary

After checking out, i realised from the property info that the city tax is EUR3.55 per pax per nite; so it should be EUR14.20 but i was asked to pay EUR24/-? Why? And due to some review about charging of water in the room so I went to check with reception and was told that only the water on arrival day is free then shouldnt the hotel only replace the water during room cleaning only if guest asked for it, else it is like setting a trap for people to just drink it thinking that it is a norm with other hotels that these are complimentary? I think the hotel must serously reflect themselves on this else it does look very petty on the hotel side. Would appreciate the hotel take this positively as a healthy feedback and not to deny since I did asked and confirmed with hotel recept that subsequent drink is chargable. Other than that, it is a comfortable, great location and clean hotel.

The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of the railway station. The facilities were clean and modern and the front desk was very helpful. However, the AC didn’t work as it was still heating season, and it was sweltering hot in the nights during our stay (temperature in the 60s). We were advised to keep the windows open, but that didn’t help much. The front desk was kind enough to supply a fan after we complained, and it helped a little bit, but not much. Room cleaning was horrible - they didn’t refill the bath soap and we ran out of it during the 3rd day of our stay.
