Fully equipped with everything you need for the well earned break you so deserve. You will have complete and private use of the entire villa and deluxe pool area, exclusively, so put your feet up and enjoy!

The space
In our exclusive neighbourhood of Barrio Los Monos, 3-4 minutes drive from Samara beaches and town, in one of only 5 Blue Zones in the world, this stunning, modern, multi-family villa is part of a finca made up of a handful of uniquely designed homes in the tropical forest where it's peaceful with a cooler breeze.
There's not a day that passes without a stunning sunset or tropical weather pattern that will take your breath away which you can appreciate from all 5 bedrooms and common areas of this uniquely designed home.

Casa Nube (Cloud House) is set in it's own 1.5 acres of tropical jungle where you will be sure to experience the cloud and mist formations of green season and the rainbow hued sunsets of dry season as well as all the wildlife the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica has to offer. You may spot aracari toucans one day, macaws the next, hummingbirds, butterflies, a family of racoons or pizotes an armadillo, howler monkey's, a preying mantis or even an Ocelot or Jaguar.. Each day will present a unique experience you and your family will cherish forever.

The space is cleverly configured so you can experience as much of the outdoors when inside as possible. You are truly at one with nature at Casa Nube so please do bear this in mind; you are up close with nature when you book our stunning Costa Rican Villa! 😉

On the ground floor, you enter the villa through the floor to ceiling glass doors that cover the majority of the front of the house, straight into the enormous kitchen, dining, TV and lounge area.
There is a teak, banquet-size, table that can easily seat 12, full open plan kitchen with gas oven and all the amenities you need to entertain your family and friends either yourselves or with a private chef, which can be booked with our personal concierge service.

Purposely designed to be a super social space, where everyone can congregate and enjoy each others' company over dinner, wine and a game of scrabble or cards..

The king-size, primary en-suite guestroom is on the ground floor, with its own tropical terrace as well as 2 queen guestrooms (with a full bathroom in between) off the main living space. The ground floor space sleeps 6 guests whilst the first floor sleeps a further 4 so Casa Nube is perfect for 2 families holidaying together or extended family holidays.

We have pack n play for little ones too available at no additional charge.

Our splendid outdoor staircase, a real feature of Casa Nube, carries you up to the first floor, with spectacular misty mountain top views, there are 2 decadent guestrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds.
There is another full, open-style bathroom in between these bedrooms with incredible tropical mountain views, with a privacy screen between you and the great outdoors should you wish.

Casa Nube is perfect for families and friends wishing to vacay together as you each have your own floor with full, separate bathrooms plus an additional washroom next to the pool.

If you wish to book an adult only stay at Casa Nube, please message us before booking, as we have a strict no parties policy which we would need to check is understood.

There is an exclusive, large saltwater pool at the front of the property with lounge area, pool toys, parasols for shade, BBQ and dining space and pool lights to enjoy this stunning space of an evening.

The private drive to Casa Nube has parking for up to 3 cars. The driveway is on an incline so it's recommended you have a 4x4 vehicle and/or leave a manual car parked in gear.
There are around 25 steps from the driveway/ pool area to the front door of Casa Nube. We wanted to preserve the magnificent 180 degree mountain views of Costa Rica from Casa Nube.
With this in mind luggage will need to be carried from your vehicle to Casa Nube or those with limited mobility will need a helping hand. If you have a lot of luggage and/ or heavy baggage please let us know in advance. We can arrange a porter to help on arrival, or, this could be a fantastic opportunity to pack light as everything has been intentionally provided for your comfort at Casa Nube.

Maria and her team are not only on hand to answer your villa related queries pre or during your stay, Maria and her team are also on-hand to book or recommend any vehicles, airport transfers, excursions, private chefs, babysitters anything you need to make your experience at Casa Nube truly unforgettable. Casa Nube is on 2 spacious floors with 3 guestrooms on the ground floor: configured as two Queen rooms with a bathroom, and a king-size principal suite with large ensuite.

On the first floor there is a further king-size bedroom, bathroom and a twin room (2 single beds) and a huge, mountain view, terrace with additional seating.

You will not share Casa Nube during your stay with any other guests and you have exclusive use of the pool. You also have your own exclusive laundry and drying area at the rear of the villa.

Casa Nube is perfectly configured for families and groups to vacation together whilst each having their own privacy and space.

For Adult only groups please message to confirm as we have a strict no parties policy.

In order to preserve the spectacular panoramic views of the tropical forest, it's not possible to drive to the front doors of Casa Nube.
All vehicles are parked close to the pool area on the driveway and it's a short walk up (around 25 steps) from the driveway to the entrance of the villa, at an incline (see external villa photos).
Those with limited mobility may need assistance with these steps, a hand of a relative or fellow guest will be sufficient.
Whilst every effort will be made to assist with your luggage upon check in, if you have extremely heavy luggage or a lot of baggage and require additional assistance carrying these up to Casa Nube, please let us know in advance of your arrival and we can arrange a porter for you.
Please bare in mind there's not a lot you need to stay at Casa Nube or in Samara. It's a great opportunity to pack light and roam free! 🌿🌥️

You can book a private chef, babysitter, cars, taxis, shuttles, trips, excursions and more through our concierge service Maria and her team!

Parties or excessively loud music is not permitted at Casa Nube out of respect to our neighbours.
