All doors in the main living area are louvered wooden doors that accordion open and closed to eliminate walls and maximize view. The louvered doors allow breezes to flow through when closed. This tranquil property offers amazing views of both the valley and ocean and are surrounded by lush fruit trees and tropical forest. The house gets amazing breezes and is much cooler than those down the hill. The house and casita can be rented separately or together. A 4 wheel drive vehicle is a must as the road up the mountain to the house is unpaved.
Each house has it's own laundry and kitchen and the infinity pool is stunning. The main house features a master king ensuite with a single bed tucked under the king, another king ensuite bedroom and a queen bedroom with a single bed as well, also with it's own bathroom. There is an outdoor kitchen and second story yoga platform.
The casita offers a queen bedroom, 2-twins in another and a large bathroom. The casita also has a full kitchen, porch, laundry and a futon in the living room. This villa is perfect for a retreat, family vacation or large group of friends.
There is a security gate to the neighborhood, another to the house and parking. You are just minutes from Samara beach in a gated community high above. The view is amazing and the monkeys come through the area just about every day. Don't worry though, they stay away from people.
