O hotel é muito sujo e o atendimento e péssimo. As pessoas da recepção não têm o mínimo de empatia e respeito pelo hóspede. Nos fizeram esperar por mais de 1h para fazer nosso check-in. Quando o gerente percebeu minha irritação, pois eu tin hb20ba acabado de chegar de uma viagem mega cansativa, ele tentou amenizar, nos oferecendo um jantar de cortesia. A piscina estava muito suja, cheia de cabelos e areia de praia. O cafe da manhã não e lá essas coisas. Foi uma péssima surpresa, pois a localização e o espaço são excelentes.

Solicitamos una cama doble y lo que hicieron fue unir dos sencillas, el desayuno era siempre lo mismo no conocen los caldos, los tamales, hacer huevos de diferenres formas.

Nossa estada foi boa. O Be Hotel é super bem localizado, o que facilita muito para os passeios e a ida à praia. Gostamos bastante do Hotel, no entanto, precisa evoluir na infraestrutura, tendo em vista os preços da diária serem elevados.

Não voltaria.Nao vale a pena pelo preço.

Quarto sem entrada de luz, sujo. Tinha cabelo da hóspede anterior no banheiro todo quando cheguei(pia,ralo,chão).Sinal de Wi-Fi péssimo é só na entrada do hotel, fora que precisa colocar senha e login toda hora. É necessário ficar com uma pulseira do hotel. Staff esforçado mas a comunicação é difícil já que não falam o básico de inglês. Quarto abafado mesmo com ar já que janela da p dentro do prédio( ambiente escuro e claustrofóbico)

Sucio tuvimos q pedir cambio habitación xq casi no entramos de lo pequeña q era, Wi fi solo en un área de p.b. Despintado descascarado con humedad la cama partida tuvimos q solicitar las llaves de la caja x 4 pisos o x escalera la primera caja estaba rota el desayuno americano no tenía frutas ni yogur pedimos una manta y nos dieron una de una plaza o una cama doble el control remoto Tv no tenía pilas y otra vez cuatro pisos x escalera p pedir uno q funcione y mejor no sigo
