• This includes cigarettes, tobacco, and marijuana
• Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in remediation charges for odor removal, ozone treatment, and fabric/upholstery cleaning, and may lead to reservation cancellation

PARKING
• Please park only in your assigned/approved parking space to avoid towing

SHOES POLICY
• To help maintain cleanliness, we kindly ask that shoes are removed inside the home when possible

PET POLICY
• Pets allowed with prior approval and paid pet fee
• Must be house-trained and crated if left unattended
• Owner must clean up pet waste

SECURITY & SAFETY
• Exterior cameras monitor entrances for safety and property protection
• Tampering with cameras, Wi-Fi, or the smart lock is prohibited

CARE FOR THE HOME
• Please report any damage during your stay, honesty is appreciated
• We provide complimentary essentials to make your stay comfortable. Please use what you need, but do not remove supplies or inventory from the home
• Inventory is recorded before each stay, and missing or excessively used items may be billed at cost

DAMAGES & FEES
• Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or rule violations during the stay
• If needed, reimbursement may be requested through Airbnb based on replacement cost and labor
