It started off shaky. I couldn’t open the front door at first and was about to call the emergency number provided, but my daughter knew to pull them push with that type of lock. We started off with no hot water, roaches, and no running water on the kitchen sink. This was very difficult because it was the day before Thanksgiving AND I had 10 hungry grandchildren to feed not to mention 3 adults. We called all the numbers provided, spoke with an owner, and was promised repairs… There were a few more calls made to the numbers provided and we called VERBO. A maintenance man came Thursday afternoon and he sprayed for roaches and fixed the water in the kitchen…he used toothpicks to clear the Lyme/rust out. The water just needed to run for a while to get hot.

The home was in a nice and quiet neighborhood the overall rating I give wasn’t 5 star and only because of a few things that bothered the other guest that stayed with us, the hot tub was not clean, the yard looked like it hadn’t been cut in a few weeks, we had to call to get the code to go in since it had not been sent via email or text the gas was disconnected the last day we were there due to maintenance that needed to be done but since no one was at the property to give access inside the home they cut it off so we had to shower with no hot water on check out day. The master bedroom door did not lock and neither did the downstairs half bathroom. I still rated it a 4 star due to the communication with the hosts being great and because of them going above and beyond to send me a few clothing items that were left in the guest bedroom closet. Other then those few things that seem like an easy fix I would recommend you give them a try.
