i stayed very limited amount in the 3 days I booked. Staff was so busy looking on their cell phones, they didn't even attempt to offer customer service. The dining area had leftover dirty mattresses and multiply old mini fridges in it. Staff didn't even attempt to keep the area clean - on the third day, I went out to breakfast, because I didn't want to eat in their dining area. They overcharged me $54, I had prepaid through Expedia. And when I brought it up when leaving, I was told they had refunded $50 and I had a $4 credit. Why would I ever want to use a credit for such a poorly run hotel? Oh, yes, third day the fire alarm went off at 4:30 a.m. When I asked what was going on, I was told that someone must have smoked in a room. Not, we apologize for the inconvenience. This staff has no idea what customer service is.
