The lamps in the room didn’t work. The place smelled like mildew. There were fans or dehumidifiers running outside my door for hours. When I asked for a refund the guy at the desk laughed or snickered while saying “the room is non refundable so good luck with that”

Hotel staff were extremely rude. Didn’t greet us, was on the phone as I checked in. Got into hotel room to the smell of urine. Asked for a new room and once I got to the new room my restroom had black mold. My sheets had blood stains and hair all over them.

First off when we checked in the front desk person was walking around barefoot Once we got to our room there was pieces of paint on the floor where i thought i could put my 10 month old down to crawl (never again) Restroom had mold on the ceiling and in the tub Not to mention the tub was pealing every time we showered more paint would come off Needless to say we left early

Loiterers and homeless in parking lot. Cops parked 1 building over. Marijuana smell in hotel. Man in hallway watching me enter my room after trying to talk to me suggestively as I got off elevator. As a came out of room 10 minutes later to get water, he was standing in hallway just waiting. I immediately got my stuff and my daughter and I left the hotel.
