Koko talo on saatavana Boernen keskustan sydämessä, kätevällä paikalla aivan Main Street -kadun varrella. We were in Texas for a wedding with a family group of 8 to 9 people. The property fit our need very well. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a five day stay. It was a very charming and "warm" feeling home. Caleb, the host was very accommodating. Quick trip

Quick trip for a family wedding. Not a ton of time was spent at the house, but it was accommodating for our needs. It was nice to have a pack n play available too. Everything was clean. Outside condition of home needs some tlc, but didnt affect our stay. Perfect location to access dowtown Boerne quickly.

Great stay in Boerne

We came down as 2 families 4 adukts and 2 kids to see some caves and check out Boerne. We had a great time. We found Caleb's place to be very convenient to town as well as the cave. The layout was perfect for our group. We found it comfortable and well appointed. Communications with Caleb were great. Check in and out was easy and the town and home information was greatly appreciated.

Cozy weekend atay

We were in town for a wedding. House was close to both the church and the reception venue. I agree with others that it could use a refresh… that said everything was clean and tidy. It worked out perfectly for us. Caleb was great to deal with…he even left us snacks. Rules were clear and he was very communicative! I’d go back if we ever make it back to Boerne.

Mostly Pros but Some Areas Need Attention

My husband and I stayed for three weeks in this rental in Feb/Mar. Caleb was hands down the most attentive VRBO host we’ve ever dealt with. He checked in on us and notified us about upcoming trash pick up, etc. The house was in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Main St. which was great! Our dogs enjoyed watching the squirrels in the trees in the fenced in yard while we enjoyed the warm weather. I always read the reviews prior to renting a VRBO and I noticed that some concerns that had been mentioned in prior reviews were not addressed (the house could use a deep cleaning and there’s just one TV in this three bedroom rental). The mattresses really do need to be replaced because they offer no support at all. We wondered why the living room had really old curtains when all the other windows had blinds. With a little bit of attention, this could be a super nice place to rent. Even still, we had a nice time in Boerne!

The house is cute and arranged well. The location was perfect for us. It’s right in the middle between Fredericksburg and San Antonio. While the house isn’t really large, it was designed well for us. The house was clean. There needs to be one more TV though….maybe one upstairs.

Rental close to downtown & easy to get to Main Street

My son & I have stayed at this rental for the past 3+ years. There is a fenced yard for my little dog to enjoy. The rental is approx 3 miles from the Bevy where our church convention has been held. We have been told we will return to the Bevy for 2024. We are happy about this as the rental is close to restaurants as well as Antique Shops.

Fabulous Place to Stay!!

House is so nice!! Very clean and extremely stocked with everything you need in a house from toiletries to cooking pans plates silverware etc!!! The owner let us bring our two Labrador dogs and the back yard is so nice with a table and chairs and shade trees and a privacy fence surrounded the yard. The neighborhood is so quiet and it’s a nice place to stay. Only one mile from main st in Beorne. The host Caleb was extremely helpful and so friendly. If your looking for a nice place to feel at home I highly recommend booking this house!!

Nice home. Safe neighborhood.

The inside of house is even better in person. It’s all set up and ready to go unlike other rentals we’ve stayed at in the past that had the bare minimum. We spent most of our time outside in the fenced in backyard when we were there. The neighborhood gets really quiet at night. Totally felt safe. Would definitely book again in the future!

Good bones but could use a face lift

The house is nice but could use a very deep clean. The photos of the listing are not inaccurate but the house could use some TLC. The grim on the doors and baseboards + the rotting wood (especially on the exterior) was very off putting. Would have been nice to know garage access was restricted prior to arrival. It’s a corner house with the driveway and garage on one street and the front door on the other, not the most convenient when having to load/unload your vehicle. Overall the house was ok.
