It was beautifully located. I just didn’t like that they don’t tell you ahead of time that you have to pay for valet parking. I don’t mind paying but knowing ahead of time would’ve been nice l. And they charged me twice for my room but I’m sure they will resolve that.

The room was a great size for my family of 5. My kids all loved the breakfast buffet every morning. There was an issue in our room the first morning we were there. Something no one could control. But the staff was quick to address it and put us in a new room quickly as well. My husband's only complaint about this hotel is there is no hot tub. My only complaint is there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. But those are such minor complaints. We would definitely stay here again. It's a beautiful hotel and very friendly staff.

The thing that was not right was when I was booking on Expedia, I did not put pet friendly, as my son and myself are highly allergic, and there were dogs in the hotel. Not to one part of hotel, but everywhere.

Staff are extremely nice! The king rooms were very big with living room separate from bedroom. Many dining options at the street level. Riverwalk level you need to walk about 10-15 mins before you reach restaurants.
