Room could’ve been cleaned better, I had driven 4hrs already from Houston and didn’t feel like a cheap place needed to be sparkling but… it was decent when I checked the room, then I woke up to roaches around the room and on my pillow at 4am. The stairs/hallway smells of dog urine. The pool water seems clean but looks murky, so I didn’t go in it. 👍hot water and good water pressure.

Its reasonable but the property needs more attention and with the highway being worked on its hard to get through.

I did not stay. I checked in, walked into a room that smelled like death, didn’t even put my bags down. Looked in the bathroom & there was scum & hair in the shower. Turned around, gave my key back & went to a foster place.

I'll never rent again there.

It was just a bad day. Then feel comfortable. People wasn't mean n No manners. none of them. Was polite. Seem like they had no matters. And you got to pay for everything. I'll never go back there again. And then they got a curfew that everybody's got to be in at 11 or 12 o'clock.

Our room was not cleaned at all. It was extremly smelly when we entered, both pillows were full with blood stains, the floor was gross as hell, the bathtube had gross things in it!

Waste of money

The bath tub/ shower, sink, mirror were all dirty. They had not been cleaned. So i got none to another room. The lithe room was the same. I was so exhausted that i laid a throw noodle of mine over the bed and fell asleep then left right when i woke up.

Save your money

Staff was nice, but oh my gosh this place was so dirty. The floor was so dirty, the room smelled like cigarettes, the dresser wasn’t even against the wall when we walked in, the window seal was covered in dust, and we immediately left after an hour because we saw a cockroach come out from under the bed. Not to mention that the cold water didn’t work on the sink so I could only wash my face with scalding hot water, and they didn’t even give us a comforter. OH and the pillows were quite honestly the smallest and worst pillows I have ever been given.. actually that i have ever seen. They only gave us two pillows. I’m not usually one to complain, I know that a motel is not gonna be the highest quality, but I expect everything to be in working order, and there to be some level of cleanliness.

Absolutely terrible hotel. Bed had one pillow and no blanket. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Floor was dirty and covered in some kind of slippery substance. The shower was gross, didn’t drain so had to shower in inches of standing water, and there was no curtain so the floor was soaked after showering. Should have known that such a cheap nightly rate was for a reason but I would expect at least the bare minimum, especially since I’ve stayed in an extended stay in another state and had a great experience. Unless you have no other option than staying here go somewhere else.

It was a terrible stay, I actually didn’t even stay. This place is roach infested, I mean literally falling from the ceiling and hanging from the shower head. Big, small, everywhere. I do not recommend this place. I understand it’s not that expensive but to even have an establishment it should still be clean and if guest are spending money, you should be comfortable. I had my children with me and we couldn’t bring anything in. The bathrooms need to be updated and all. The bed frame was dirty. I recommend for hotels.com to not even advertise this place. They should be ashamed and then have the nerve to not even offer a refund. I walked in and walked out.
