The room was great, staff was great. The only thing we had an issue with was our room not being ready at check in. We had to wait for an hour for them to get it ready. It was very inconvenient but other than that, everything else was great.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff at check-in was super friendly as well! The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is because I had to drop my bags off early (prior to check-in time at 4pm) and was told they would be transferred to my room. However, when I returned at 8pm, my bag was still at the front desk. Not a huge deal- everything else was great!

Beautiful room. However, the toilet had issues, no mini fridge or microwave in the room. For this nice of a hotel you would expect those amenities. Also wish there was elevator access from the river up to the lobby of the hotel to make it safer for guests. The best part of the hotel was the valet staff! They were wonderful and very helpful.

Cleanup crew was taking super loud on the hallway early in the morning. When got and to see why she was making so much nose talking and moving items she looked at me and said good morning and walked off.layer that day they didn’t clean my room. Left empty bottles on desk and didn’t replace the glasses or vacuum floor which was filthy and brought tie the attention of the front desk cleark who was provided with the photos
