Great stay with great service. Pool bathrooms and room living room weren’t too clean. Found lots of dust and hairs around couch area, but bedroom and bathroom were very clean. Pool bathrooms need renovation, the carpet is very dirty.

I can say I liked everything about this place. It really gave my kids, my husband and I a really fun and unique experience. The place is beautiful, clean amd very convenient. I really appreciate that the rooms have a kitchen and that it provides activities for children amd adults at no extra charge. There few activities that have a fee, but the price os very reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

The property was clean when we arrived in the room but it had bugs in it. Not bedbugs but another type of bug crawling around the room. They gave us another room and that room had the same bugs in it.

Well, it’s a Hyatt.. that is the only good thing I can say. The hotel /grounds seem new because there are a lot of things lacking around the pool/lazy river area. The rooms were decent, but needing weather stripping under the door as there is a gap and bugs coming in. I was truly disappointed as I have stayed at the other Hyatt property w/ a lazy river. This hotel property does not even compare to the other Hyatt property that has a lazy river.

Nice but some things need fixing/cleaning.

The ice machine is very dirty and looks like it's never cleaned. It was leaking water too. The water machine located in between the bathrooms at the pool area - does not work. Signage for pool and/or lazy river could be much better. The speakers at the Lazy River were not all working. Our room was nice and the bed is VERY comfortable. Front Desk staff are awesome!!! Most staff were great! Daily events for family was fun! Smores at night is a wonderful thing to do. Lazy River is fantastic! Tubes were located in so many places. The Pool is clean and the slides were great!
