Everything was good. The room was cleaned daily. The only issue was the water in the shower did not drain fast enough. It could use new carpet.

Front desk staff was unprofessional, never made eye contact and was rude and slow. Older lady, maybe Asian, no customer service. Room was outdated and dirty. Stains on bed cover and lamp shade. Limited towels and no blanket in room.

Staff was great. Front desk staff (I think her name was Marissa) was excellent at check in. She was able to answer all the questions I had about the area. RJ was super friendly and helped me get my bags to the room.

Very lukewarm water (no hot) for showering and bathing for 4 days straight. Have to pay for parking now using an app (used to be complimentary) and the parking lot is dirty and needed trash pickup.

I had two rooms reserved, one of them was already occupied! We were given a key to someone else’s room ! Front desk clerk was acting like it was our mistake ! So he gives us the “last room available” it was a kids room ! Look not cared for, towels dirty, beds uneven, ac was not the best I was told I had a o wait for clean towels, iron and ironing board and coffee maker until 7 am! How can you tell me a property at full capacity doesn’t have a manager on call to handle this situations ! Any hotel at full capacity should always have a house keeper, maintenance, security and manager on duty onsite ! First and last time staying t a Westin hotel!

When I arrived they did not have the rooms available that I had booked. When given another room there were not 2 beds as they stated. Had to wait over an hour to get another room with 2 beds. Then at 12:30 am they booked our room to another group and asked us to leave our room. This was a horrible experience and they stated they will be sending a notice to Expedia to refund our room costs.

There were multiple venues going on at the same time which made for hectic and entertaining times at the hotel A Pokémon branch of comicon was surreal until I found out what was going on. Previous stays were more sedate as one would expect in primarily business oriented hotel. It is convenient to just about any place you want to see but getting onto I 10 requires a learning curve if you drive. Parking fee with no valet service was a disappointment.
