It was such an amazing stay! Friendly staff, extremely helpful and accomodating. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were extra comfy also. Plenty of space. We stayed on the 5th floor king size bed. Amazing views!

Let me start off by saying that we love staying at the Westin (Omni). Grand hotel with great lobby, bar and restaurant. However, sadly, the hotel is in desperate need of an overhaul. Torn wall paper in hallways, damaged corners of walls and the elevator looks just plain bad. And when did they start charging for parking? The beds and pillows were excellent, as were the towels. The furniture in the rooms looked pretty old and roughed up. The grounds outside looked unkept with zero landscaping or ground cover.
