Did not have a pleasent experice staff was very rude upon arriving noisy i felt unsafe did not havve a good experience will never return to this location again. Expedia was no help in getting my money back do not get tjre insurance waste of money.

Horrible conditions for a room. This is not what the pictures of the online booking looks like. I would never stay here! It was an absolute disgust! However, the front desk gentleman was amazing and gave me a full refund. I was very pleased with Patel.

Parking was very easy plenty of spaces. Room had German cockroaches in either room either in small kitchen, restroom. Bed was uncomfortable feeling, pillows are very warn out to which meant little to no cushion to them, seal around door was non existent since could see & feel all outside air and room was hard to cool because of it, room ac had to be turned down to 65 degrees to even have room cooled at end of day of being outside in Texas heat, room lighting was very low dim so not very well lit had to turn on ALL lights to see anything going on in room.

I have struggled with the decision to make this review and with a heavy heart I have decided to put our story out there for people in situations such as we were. My Husband, son and I were in need of temporary housing while ours was being set up and getting final preparations done. We were attempting to stay somewhere reasonably priced, and what appeared to be in the reviews as descent with pictures of the rooms appearing to be nice. Well the only positives, no bugs and good price for a two week stay @640$ Our room was poorly lit, there were only four usable outlets. One in the bathroom, kitchen area, by the door and one at the nightstand. With three phones to plug in, my laptop and printer for home schooling and business purposes, it was less than ideal or convenient. The AC stops getting cold at night, the burners in the kitchen are set on a wall timer that had no knob and only one knob to use for both burners, the sink was backed up with a hyperdermic needle in the kitchen, no hot water in the kitchen sink either. We had to do dishes in the bathroom sink where the hot water did work. Complaints were addressed with no satisfactory results. To top off what was already a horrible experience our Hyundai Veloster was stolen as we slept. My husband got up for work only to find it gone. There appear to be cameras all over and was informed that only 4 work and they didnt get a good angle of it being taken. To sum it all up, should you be in need of a place, Id find somewhere e
