Only complaint was that the walls are thin and you can hear people snoring at night from other rooms. The room was very cute and it was nice that they provided water and snacks. It would’ve been nice to have a pool but due to the location being downtown I understand why there was not one.

Great Hotel.

The hotel offers online check in and check out. Daily cleaning service is available on request, which was OK with us. The property is located within walking distance to the many restaurants in the town. Loved sitting on the balcony and people watching. The hotel offers free drinks and snacks.

Downtown Boerne Stay

This historic hotel was beautiful. We loved being close to downtown. The bed was comfortable. Loved that they provided snacks and drinks. That is a nice touch. We will be back and spend more time in Boerne.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and generally clean except for the carpet. Next room apparently had screaming kids so that didn't help the stay. Was great staying close to all of the restaurants and shops.

I loved my stay at the William. The bed was comfortable, room clean and well decorated. The only reason I did not give the staff 5 stars is that I didn’t really interact with anyone. I did receive a timely text giving me instructions for the room. Everything was easy to follow. My only suggestions would be a couple of more hangers and larger wastebaskets since you don’t have maid service. I would definitely stay at your lovely hotel again.

Nice Getaway

The William was very clean and in the perfect location to visit restaurants and businesses along Main Street. The entry was easy. It was peaceful and the hotel staff was great at communicating the details.
