Nice apartment in residential area

Overall the apartment was clean and comfortable but we had a few things that detracted from our stay. 1. For the price we paid we expected to have the apartment cleaned at least once a week but we had to clean it ourselves for our entire stay of 28 nights. 2.Finding that there were presses marked to be outside our use and with the personal property of the owner made us feel that we were in someone else's home and not our apartment. 3. The location of the apartment is in a residential area without too many places to eat in that area. 4. Where the apartment gets the early morning sun it does not get the evening sunshine. 5. There could be a few more sun loungers in the solarium. The residents were not too happy to see us using them.

It was a very nice appartment with full see view. Also very good located and close to the beach. It is easy to rent sun beds and umbrella and since the appartment had morning sun, you could have a nice evening dinner at the balcony without the heat of the sun. The house and garden was nice and well looked after. T

Im Großen und Ganzen schon schön.

Das sehr schöne Appartement, mit der schönen Lage(leicht abseits des Massentourismus in Maspalomas und dadurch etwas ruhiger) und dem schönen Blick (über das Dach des Nachbargebäudes) auf den Ozean wurde eigentlich nur vom dreckigen Besteck bei Anreise getrübt. Man musste als allererstes alles von Hand abwaschen. Da zwar eine Spülmaschine da war, aber keine Tabs, nehme ich an, die Vormieter haben alles ohne Tab gewaschen und genau so sah es dann auch aus. Generell, aber wohl auch typisch für die Region, war alles schon gut abgelebt aber trotzdem noch okay. Wir haben es genossen!

Sehr schönes Apartment

Das Apartment ist sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir die Unterkunft blitzeblank und bestens vorbereitet vorgefunden. Die Wohnung entspricht absolut den gezeigten Bildern und wirkt sehr gepflegt. Sie ist mit modernen Küchengeräten, einer Nespresso Maschine, WLAN, einem Riesen-TV und guten Klimageräten ausgestattet, die alle einwandfrei funktionierten. Durch die Lage im obersten Stockwerk, konnten wir jederzeit einen wunderschönen Meerblick geniessen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich verschiedene gute Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die alle bequem zu Fuss erreichbar sind. Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar am Sandstrand von San Agustin. Einmal ums Haus gehen und wir waren direkt am Strand. Der Strand war nicht überlaufen, bietet jedoch Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme und Beach Bars. Unser Mietauto konnten wir jederzeit direkt an der Strasse kostenlos parken. Wir hatten nie Probleme, einen freien Platz zu finden. Die Kommunikation mit Marcos ist besonders lobenswert. Er antwortet sehr schnell und hat uns bei einem Problem innert Minuten geantwortet und dieses innert kürzester Zeit behoben. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Wohnung und Marcos als Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Zu Empfehlen

Marcos hat uns sehr nett empfangen und die Schlüsselübergabe hat super funktioniert. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Allerdings gab es nur eine Nespresso Maschine, Marcos wollte uns gleich eine normale Kaffeemaschine besorgen, was wir abgelehnt haben. Wir hatten dann eine Thermoskanne mit Filter besorgt, nach dem Motto "Back to the Roots" Der Balkon war für 4 Personen etwas eng, aber es ging indem man etwas mehr zusammengerückt ist. Mit dem 180 Grad Meer-Blick, liegt es im Auge des Betrachters. Wenn man auf den Balkon heraus tritt, sieht man die Straße und die Häuser, die sich vor dem Balkon befinden. Da die Häuser nicht so hoch sind, kann man darüber hinaus schauen und sieht das Meer. Wir konnten nur 180 Grad sehen, wenn wir so auf dem Balkon gesessen haben, wie es in der Beschreibung abgebildet ist. Das war auch nur für zwei Personen zur Zeit möglich. Von daher würden wir sagen, das es sich um 90 Grad handelt. Aber wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt und können, die Unterkunft empfehlen. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen und am Abend konnte man auch gut in eine Beachbar gehen. Diese ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles in allem hatten wir eine erholsame Zeit verbringen können und können sagen, das Marcos ein sehr guter Gastgeber ist.
