This holiday rental is one of the best properties we have in VillaGranCanaria, as it lies in a very quiet and nice location, with 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower, air conditioning, and a comfortable living room with SmartTv next to the covered dining area.
You will love this beautiful accommodation, that has been smartly decorated with high quality fixtures and fittings.
In Casa Mayka you will also have access to the rooftop solarium, a wonderful chill out area! An amazing shared swimming pool puts the cherry on top of this sunny cake!
There is private parking and free wifi connection available.

Final Cleaning NOT included - 150€ fee
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 600 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
