Well-equipped, well-kept bungalow in a small, quiet complex. A very nice bungalow with 1 bedroom in a small, quiet complex of only 6 units with a heated pool in Playa del Inglés. Excellent central location and still very quiet. Approximately 100 meters to the beach promenade above the dunes and less than 100 meters to the 'Cita' shopping center.
The bungalow has a living room with an integrated fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, electric hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, large fridge with freezer, satellite TV with flat screen, air conditioning, tastefully designed bathroom with shower, a terrace to the garden with an inviting pool.
