Beware!! Room cleaning staff stole my expensive running trainers from my room. Also, despite me and my friend booking our own room, we were provided with two rooms with an interconnecting panel which allows you to basically be in the same room as each other. We could hear each other fart, sniff, burp, everything. We had to be moved the next day, why even that is an option I do not know. We are fully grown men, we don’t need to hear what each other are doing and we certainly don’t need to be next door to each other. A little discretion and privacy please!!

The room was clean and tidy. Staff work friendly and hard working. There was a good selection of food and drinks on the all inclusive. My only negative would be that the lifts were small and there always seemed to be one out of service, which meant waiting a while for them.

Nice little trip in Gran Canaria in October

Internet was great, no drops in service. Room always tidy, beds made every day and fresh towels. Also pool towels in the room so very handy as you don’t need to bring any. Staff were very attentive and all were very nice, especially Cleopatra who was a wealth of knowledge and an absolute star!

Everything about this hotel is bang on, location ace, if I was to say one thing my husband has a bad back and the bed, for him, was too soft and aggravated his sciatica
