For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn. Barbecue. In the house: air conditioning. Public parking on the road. Shop, grocery, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 350 m, bus stop "Hospital Meloneras" 450 m, sandy beach 350 m. Golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 38 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
