Very Presentable

Nice reception and attentive and nice breakfast staff. Excellent heat in room. Daily turn down service. Did not see anyone at tourist desk, though response to leaflets WhatsApp fast and effective. Tea provided.

AWFUL Stay - Do Not Stay Here

Arrived at 12:30am after taking a 25 hour bus from El Chaltén and we were told that we didn’t have a reservation. All of the staff (Gustavo especially) were extremely rude, ignored our confirmation email we had proving that we booked a reservation online, and made us find another hotel at 1am. The next day after we called to complain they tried to accommodate us by giving us a different room. It was so disgusting none of us bothered to use the shower. Too filthy for our taste. Such a rude staff. Would never stay here again.

Prateleira torta do banheiro

Bom custo benefício, mas a prateleira do banheiro estava muito inclinada, nada ficava. A janela não abria dos dois lados. Mas é funcional para hospedar. Poderia ter espelhos no quarto além do banheiro em cima da pia.

La afabilidad de las recepcionistas y la moza a cargo del desayuno, otorga un ambiente de bienestar. En el area de desayuno brindan las comodidades y utensillos para servirse te, cafe y medialunas. El desayuno es muy bueno. La habitacion con vista al lago muy comoda, amplia colchones comodos. El baño pequeño con algunos desperfectos subsanables. La ubicación excelente, a pasos de la calle comercial y costanera. El estacionamiento es en el hotel que en Bariloche es una ventaja. Excelente todo. Muy recomendable
