Yksi viehättävist�� huviloista Chiantin alueella. Mukava maalaistalo täysin kunnostettu sijaitsee rauhallisella ja panoraamanäköalalla, josta on laaja näköala Chianti Classicon kukkuloille.

Huvilassa on 3 tilavaa ja viihtyisää huoneistoa, joissa on tyylikkäästi sisustettu sisustus. Yksi huoneistosta on omistajien käytössä.

Etäisyydet: San Cascianon pieni kaupunki Chiantin alueen sydämessä, kaikenlaisia kauppoja 1 km, Firenze 20 km, Siena noin. 60 km.

Vieraiden käytössä: kalustettu puutarha, uima-allas (12 x 6 m - enimmäissyvyys 1,8 m - avoin 01/05 30/09) jaettavaksi omistajien kanssa, yhteinen grilli. Silitysrauta saatavilla. Pä��������������������������������������������������������������������������sy huvilaan on päällystämätön, mutta hyvin hoidettu tie. Pysäköinti alueella. Pienet lemmikkieläimet ovat sallittuja. Kaikissa ikkunoissa on hyttysverkot.

Lisäpalvelut: Siivouspalvelu saatavilla järjestelyllä € 10, - / tunti (maksetaan paikan päällä). Lisävuode on saatavilla pyynnöstä (62 €, - / viikko, maksu paikan päällä). Vauvansänky on saatavilla maksutta.

Alakerta: iso olohuone (ist. TV), jossa takka ja ruokailutila, keittiö (uuni, pakastin, astianpesukone), wc (pesukone).
1. kerros: 3 kahden hengen makuuhuonetta, 3 kylpyhuonetta, joissa jokaisessa on suihku.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Antinori Chianti Classicossa. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

stayed in Pozzo 1 a few years ago so when my family suggested a trip to Tuscany I knew exactly were I wanted us to stay, love the house , grounds and pool,the views are to die for from the rear of the property, large bedrooms , large lounge and good kitchen with plenty of utensils, one teeny thing no kettle for tea but we improvised, lovely owners very helpful and friendly, make there own wine and olive oil very nice products. Two Restaurents within walking distance again lovely friendly owners. Coop market short drive away with great produce. Property easy to get to and from for outings. Will be booking for next year soon.

We stayed in this Villa in September 2014 as a family of 4 adults and two children. The Villa was clean and tidy on arrival and it was great that each bedroom had its own bathroom, this certainly makes it easier for a group of 6 to stay and not get in each others way. The owners daughter lives on site and provided a kettle we could use on the gas cooker, otherwise the villa is well appointed with kitchen items and bed linen etc. My only two comments would be: - Using more than one electrical item in the kitchen trips the fuse, which is a pain - The area had a lot of mosquitos Note - if getting the bus into Florence id suggest driving to the bus stop in the local town, parking there and getting the bus which is really quick. Picking the bus up outside the villa's local hamlet is possible but getting a bus that can take you back to the villa is harder

The house was great to stay! There is a nice swimming pool and the view is very nice. The house is big and the bathrooms are clean. There should be a dog but we did not see him. Only there wasn't wifi, but we could use it from the house boss if we went outside. It was a great pleasure to stay at Pozzo Dei Desideri!

The house was great to stay! There is a nice swimming pool and the view is very nice. The house is big and the bathrooms are clean. There should be a dog but we did not see him. Only there wasn't wifi, but we could use it from the house boss if we went outside. It was a great pleasure to stay at Pozzo Dei Desideri!

We liked very much Pozzo dei desideri. Convenient location - easy to find, close to the COOP (supermarket). Spacious, clean rooms with rustic atmosphere. Wonderful views! The landlady, Mrs. Panzani, has been most friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this beautiful place to families with small and grown-up children and groups of friends, who want to explore Toscana.

We liked very much Pozzo dei desideri. Convenient location - easy to find, close to the COOP (supermarket). Spacious, clean rooms with rustic atmosphere. Wonderful views! The landlady, Mrs. Panzani, has been most friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this beautiful place to families with small and grown-up children and groups of friends, who want to explore Toscana.

We were very happy with the villa. Located close to the coop in town where you can find everything you need. The fireplace was amazing and we had the use of both the BBQ and authentic pizza oven (wood was provided)There is a very friendly dog "Molly" which you will either love or hate. She is always happy to see you and greats you every morning, however she barks at the deer and rabits all night long. We got use to it after awhile though. The only critisim I can come up with is there was abosulty no dish soap, laundry detergent, of even salt & pepper we had to supply literaly every expendable. I wonder were the stuff we left behind went?
