Independent portion of house with shared swimming pool in the Florentine countryside. A barbecue and swimming pool (50 sq m) are available for guests to share, as well as an outdoor area furnished with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area.
In the surroundings of San Casciano there are wonderful villas and castles, including Villa Bossi Pucci where Niccolò Machiavelli stayed during his exile. There are also numerous wineries and farms, and from these vineyards comes a quality wine, the Docg Chianti Colli Fiorentini. The house is located in a panoramic position and in a very quiet area from which you can easily reach areas of interest such as: Florence (44 min), Siena (58 min) and Pisa (1 hour).

All interiors are located on the ground floor and offer air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection. Bright living room with sofa bed, TV and direct access to the garden and private patio. The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The sleeping area features a double bedroom with an additional single bed. Bathroom with shower.
The following might be to be paid extra: Air conditioning, Final Cleaning, Refundable Security Deposit, Tourist tax.
