You’ve found us! Welcome to our remodeled second-level coastal hideaway, featuring parking and air conditioning. Enjoy a private setting with beach-inspired design, a comfortable living area with streaming services, and a fully updated kitchen with ample counter space.

The property is a short walk from the beach and less than 300 feet from Casa Romantica Cultural Center & Gardens, a historic Spanish villa on the National Register of Historic Places. Downtown Del Mar’s boutiques and restaurants are also nearby.

Each summer we spend several weeks in San Clemente. Our daughter's family (including our awesome baby grand daughter) join us for one week. We rented this VRBO for that week, (and moved to a one bedroom (with massive ocean view, and more money), closer to the water after they left.This unit was perfect for our needs, it was spacious. The beds were all rather comfortable (and plentiful) The place was really nice overall, but like most rentals, on the "beachy" looking side (lots of seashells, beachy pictures). The kitchen came fully equipped, and worked out great, though we ate many meals out.One reason we chose this unit, was that it was very close to the beach and pier (3 minute walk) which is very downhill. All the restaurants and shops in town were 3-5 minutes the other direction, uphill. Perfect location. With a granddaughter and stroller, etc. we wanted to avoid being to close to the pier, or too high up in town, because the walk from there to town is seriously uphill. This place split the difference. Del Mar is the main street, which took only two minutes to walk to.The only downside, no ocean view from the unit. But we knew that going in. The large patio had a table and chairs. and a grill.The only thing missing was a comfortable couch or recliners outside. The outside chairs were ok but not for sitting out there for long periods of time.Pictures are accurate.We will book this again next year when the kids are with us. It worked out great!

Awesome beach rental

This property is absolutely beautiful!! Every single aspect of it was just perfect. It’s furnished so tastefully and has every amenity you would possibly need. And it was spotless! The linens are really really nice. The layout was perfect for our sisters trip with a lovely kitchen and 2 huge bathrooms. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the stunning beach and about a 10 minute walk to the downtown area. I can hardly wait to stay here again.

Renovated Condo just a Short Walk to the Beach

We were visiting family in San Clemente and stayed at this remodeled condo with our teens. Very spacious, clean, and organized for a family of 5. Great outdoor space to BBQ and just a 5 minute walk to the beach and the San Clemente Beach Trail. A 10 minute walk to Del Mar shopping and restaurants. Just the perfect location and setup. We really enjoyed our stay!

The home was very clean and neat, Offered everything needed to cook/stay. Upstairs neighbor very loud, big screaming fight middle of the night. Didn't see any instruction about the heater, only that it needed to be turned off. We could not figure it out so just turned it down very low when we left.
