Guests are asked to wash their feet and feet of children before entry into the home. Sand found on furniture or in beds will result in the additional $300 cleaning fee. White towels and linens are not to be used to remove make-up or for cleaning greasy, bloody or dirty objects. A $20/towel and $50/sheet cleaning fee will be assessed for damage to towels and linens. **
