Quiet Condo in Village with Deck, Bikes and AC

Super clean and beautifully remodeled, this 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located in the heart of San Clemente’s historic seaside village—just steps from world-class dining, boutique shops, cafés, and the free seasonal trolley (Mar–Oct). The beach and pier are an easy walk away.

Inside, the condo offers a relaxed beachy atmosphere with all the comforts of home: luxury mattresses and premium bedding, a fully outfitted cook’s kitchen, large smart TVs, music speakers throughout, a queen sofa bed in the living room, plenty of towels, fast WiFi, and access to a secure onsite washer/dryer. A mini-split AC in the common area cools the entire condo when the bedroom door is left open.

Step outside to a small private deck with bar seating and a peek-a-boo ocean view—perfect for morning coffee, sunset relaxation, or simply people-watching along Avenida Del Mar.

We provide everything you need for the perfect coastal stay, including:

Beautiful updated well appointed apartment in darling San Clemente! This place is super cute and has absolutely everything you need for an amazing stay. The king bed is very comfortable and the shower is amazing. There are multiple shower heads and one that showers you from above! Very refreshing! The location is perfect… Very close to the beach, restaurants, and darling shops. The hosts are very helpful and responded to our questions in a very timely manner. Thank you, thank you. What a cute place! The place was extremely clean and modern with a little retro twist! I loved everything about it. The host/ess gave us great recommendations and were very communicative throughout the stay. Walking distance to the beach and every dining options you can imagine! Perfect location!

My husband and I stayed for several days in this condo and wish we had been able to stay longer. The king-size bed and furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom shower was huge and there was even a bidet toilet. We loved walking to the restaurants, cute shops and beach/ pier. We used the first couple of days traveling to San Diego and Los Angeles. Our last day we decided to stay in San Clemente and ride the bikes provided. It was by far the best day of the trip. We’d love to go back, stay in the same condo and hang out more in San Clemente.its a beautiful beach town!

Amazing property!

My husband and I traveled from the East Coast to attend the OHANA festival. I was not familiar with the area and happened upon this VRBO property. What a gem!! This place was perfect! We were steps away from all the shops, restaurants and the beach was a very short walk! There was even a free Trolley stop right by the property if you didn’t want to walk. If I could give this place more stars I would. One of the best properties I have stayed at through VRBO. We will definitely return!
