A clean room and a comfy bed characterize this place. The front desk staff is helpful. The location is good, near the surf quarter, and with a bit of short walking you can find a couple of good pubs and eateries in the area. I would stay here again.

I made a last minute reservation on hotels.com for that same day, February 15 for mechanical reasons and in the application there were rooms available so I reserved one and it was charged to my bank account, when I arrived at the hotel there was a sign that said "there are no rooms available" so I called and called and called until an indu type person came out to tell me the same thing, so I asked for my refund because he didn't get me the service and said he couldn't do anything just have to call hotel.com and until now I'm still waiting

Staff was very friendly & nice. Hotel is a little run down, rooms slowly being remodeled, pipes leak in the underground parking lot. Room was clean, but also lacking a dresser.
