On the positive side, the property was in a great location, clean, and up to date. Everything matches up with the description, including parking—It’s small but workable for a compact car. On the negative side… the upstairs tenant was extremely loud and the floors thin, especially over the master. The banging, talking, and ‘extracurriculars’ were non stop until midnight and then at 6AM in the morning. Shower in master has only two temperatures - cold or hot. Door to the hallway accusing the unit was often not closed or locked (by others).

NO parking. The property did say that the garage (broken door code and burned out motor for the garage opener) was tiny but that we could park on the street. Street parking is VERY limited, no parking available in the area. Had to walk, park on busy street and repeatedly move car for allowed/posted times. The bed frame on one of the beds was broken and the mattress was falling through to the floor. There was construction next door. It would have been considerate for the owners to mention that so we could decide if we wanted our vacation disturbed by construction noise. We did bring our dog and he hates machine noise. The photos listed make it seem that you can at least see the ocean from the property but our unit was on the backside/alley. Our entrance was from the alley. There was only a view of building under construction and a partially burned down building on the other side. There was a washer and dryer but the entire time we were there they were full of sheets and towels. Finally we placed a load in the dryer and then folded it so that we had access. Just don’t do it. Property was available for a reason.

Location, Location, Location!

Right by mission beach. Great little place with good space. Close to Sea World and the zoo. Tons of restaurants and stores close by. Awesome beach vacation vibes. Parking is funky and was a little difficult. But understandable in the tight alleyway. I was able to find spots though. Totally worth a tiny hassle for the location and unit.

Exactly as described, close to the beach, lots of fun restaurant choices. Comfortable beds, very clean. So convenient to have beach towels, chairsand and some beach toys available. Great stay!

Clean & roomy

Great location. Clean & cute. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Walkable to many restaurants. Only downside is absolutely no view, but the location and the roominess outweighed having view. Adam was a great host !!!
